Brooklyn Center City Council has become an echo chamber for activists. Your voice as a constituent is no longer being heard. Meanwhile, the Mayor and Council Members are pushing divisive ideologies and rhetoric. We are more divided than ever before.
Andrew Johnson is running for Brooklyn Center City Council because it is time to put you at the Center of Brooklyn Center. Andrew is committed to making your voice heard again and representing the interests of the whole community, not just the loudest individuals or special interest groups.
Andrew Johnson has been a resident of and has called Brooklyn Center home for the past 9 years. He currently lives with his wife (Brittany), his son (Aiden), and his dog (Ziggy). Having grown up in the area, Andrew understands the strengths of the community as well as it’s unique challenges. As a Brooklyn Center councilmember, Andrew will work on your behalf for responsible and limited government, lower taxes for individuals and businesses, and to have a safe community in which to live, work, and play. Though Brooklyn Center is one of the most diverse suburbs in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Andrew will fight for your voice to be heard again. He will strive to do what is right before God and best for the people of Brooklyn Center. Andrew would consider it an honor and a privilege to receive your vote for Brooklyn Center City Council.
